If the camera isn't showing the Tutor's and student's video in the Space, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

- Check the Troubleshooting menu for any prompts about issues in the Space. You can also ask other participants if they're having any similar issues.
- Make sure that the device you're using is not blocking the camera. Check the device settings to see if the camera is enabled or disabled. If possible, try using a different device to see if the issue persists.
- Check the Device Setup menu and choose a different camera source if you have multiple cameras connected.
- When making any changes, make sure to reload the page and join the Space again.
