Camera Support

If the camera isn't showing the Tutor's and student's video in the Space, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Reload the page and join the Space again. This can help reset the connection and fix any temporary issues.
  2. Make sure your webcam is connected and turned on. Check that you've granted permission to your browser to access your camera.

  3. Check the Troubleshooting menu for any prompts about issues in the Space. You can also ask other participants if they're having any similar issues.
  4. Make sure that the device you're using is not blocking the camera. Check the device settings to see if the camera is enabled or disabled. If possible, try using a different device to see if the issue persists.
  5. Check the Device Setup menu and choose a different camera source if you have multiple cameras connected.
  6. When making any changes, make sure to reload the page and join the Space again.
