Ignite Reading asks that school partners strive for 100% attendance each day. We also understand that last minute calendar changes may occur due to District/School- based conflicts. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or restore a tutoring session.
If a student misses a tutoring session due to attendance or scheduling issues due to the student or school partner, Ignite Reading is not required to make up the session.
Email implementation@ignite-reading.com for session cancellations in advance. Please let us know 3 days before the cancellation or at least 24 hours before so we can notify our tutors.
We guarantee that 99.9% of completed student sessions will be covered by a live tutor. In the unlikely event that we operate outside of this service level agreement, the Customer Success Manager will work with the school partner to make-up these sessions.
