Session Support

In case you're having issues joining a session, please follow the checklist below to troubleshoot the problems.

1.   Please make sure that all participants refresh the page and join the Space again.

2.   If the student logged on early, they should refresh their page to be able to join the session.
       a.  The “join session” button turns blue once a tutor is present. 

3.   Close unnecessary apps and tabs: If you have too many apps or tabs open, it can slow down             your internet connection. 
       a.  Students may have trouble joining their session if they have a Lessonspace tab open with                 a previous session. 

4.   If a student is not able to login to Clever or Classlink, please reach out to your building IT               contact.
