# Session Support

## In case you're having issues joining a session, please follow the checklist below to troubleshoot the problems.

**1.**   Please make sure that all participants refresh the page and join the Space again.

**2.**   If the student logged on early, they should refresh their page to be able to join the session.  
       **a.**  The “join session” button turns blue once a tutor is present. 

**3.**   Close unnecessary apps and tabs: If you have too many apps or tabs open, it can slow down             your internet connection.   
       **a.**  Students may have trouble joining their session if they have a Lessonspace tab open with                 a previous session. 

**4.**   If a student is not able to login to Clever or Classlink, please reach out to your building IT               contact.
